This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel a booking or request a refund for services purchased through our Platform.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 10 days of booking the service.

  • Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the service provider has already confirmed the booking or initiated necessary arrangements.

  • In such cases, cancellation may still be possible, but subject to applicable cancellation charges.

Refunds

  • If you request a refund within 10 days of receiving your booking confirmation or travel package, and the package has not been availed, you are eligible for a full refund excluding taxes.

  • Any taxes or fees already paid to government bodies or third-party vendors (e.g., booking fees, service taxes, etc.) will not be refunded.

  • If a refund request is made after 10 days of confirmation or delivery, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Damaged or Unsatisfactory Services

  • If any part of your travel package does not meet the expectations outlined at the time of booking, you must contact our customer support team within 1 day of service initiation.

  • Complaints will be reviewed, and any compensation or resolution will be provided at our discretion after verifying with the service provider.

Third-Party Service Providers

  • For services that include third-party arrangements (e.g., hotel stays, guided tours, etc.), refunds and cancellations are subject to the respective provider’s terms and conditions.

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed by AhangerHOBO within 3 business days from the date of approval.
